Complete Servicing Packages - £35 or £59

We offer two different types of fixed price servicing package. Which one you require will depend on the bikes condition and length of time since it was last serviced. See below for further details of what each service involves:

Basic Service - £35
Full Service - £59 (Or 2 For £99)
  • Gears tuned and indexed correctly.
  • Brakes adjusted and pads checked for wear
  • Hydraulic disc brakes bled and set-up (if applicable)
  • Drive train lubricated
  • Tyres inflated correctly
  • Seatpost cleaned and lubricated
  • All moving parts lubricated as required
  • Any fitting / rider setup adjustments made
  • New parts (upgrades) or accessories fitted
  • All bolts torque checked
  • Full safety check
 
  • Complete wash and degrease (including drivechain)
  • Gears tuned and indexed correctly
  • Gear cables and outers replaced if required
  • Brakes adjusted and pads checked for wear
  • Brake cables / hydraulic fluid replaced if required.
  • Gear and brake cables lubricated
  • Suspension checked, seals cleaned and set-up for invidual rider
  • Hydraulic disc brakes bled and set-up (if applicable)
  • Rear mech hanger checked and straightened
  • Wheels trued
  • Tyres inflated correctly
  • Seatpost cleaned and lubricated
  • Any worn parts replaced (parts not included)
  • All bearings stripped, cleaned and lubricated as required – including wheels, headset, bottom bracket and rear suspension if applicable
  • Suspension bushings replaced if required
  • All other moving parts checked and lubricated as required
  • Drive train fully degreased and re-lubricated
  • All bolts torque checked
  • All rust and corrosion removed / treated
  • Any fitting / rider setup adjustments made
  • New parts (upgrades) or accessories fitted
  • Full safety check
  • Full service report form provided
New Bike Building - £30

If you have bought a bike in a box online or from another retailer we will build and safety check it for you for just £30.

 

Brake Servicing - £20

The brake part service is designed to remedy problems you may be have with just the one area of your bike.

The service includes full strip down, clean, lubrication and part replacement as required (parts not included), followed by correct setup and adjustment. (For caliper, cantilever, v brakes or mechanical disc brakes)
Gear Servicing - £20

The gear part service is designed to remedy problems you may be have with just the one area of your bike.. 

The gear service includes full strip down, clean, lubrication and part replacement as required (parts not included), followed by correct setup and indexing.

Headset Servicing / Replacement - £20

The headset part service is designed to remedy problems you may be have with just the one area of your bike. 

The headset service includes full strip down, clean, lubrication and part replacement as required (parts not included), followed by correct setup. The service includes removal and fitting of a new headset should this be required.

 

Wheel Hub Servicing - £20 for single hub or £30 a pair.

The wheel hub part service is designed to remedy problems you may be have with just the one area of your bike. 

The wheel hub service includes full strip down, clean, lubrication and part replacement as required (parts not included), followed by correct setup. The service covers the hubs, freehubs, quick releases, axels, bearings and all other associated parts that you may be having troubles with.

 

Bottom Bracket Servicing / Replacement - £20

The bottom bracket part service is designed to remedy problems you may be have with just the one area of your bike. 

The bottom bracket service includes full strip down, clean, lubrication and part replacement as required (parts not included), followed by correct setup. We deal with all bottom brackets including tapered, splined and hollotech style. We have tools for recutting the threads and facing the shell.

 

Puncture Repairs & Tyre Fitting - £10 per wheel

If you have a flat tyre we will replace the innertube, refit the tyre and correctly inflate for just £10.

Service is available by drop in only - we no longer provide a collection or mobile service for puncture repairs.

Should you require a slime innertube with puncture protection these can be supplied with a £4 surcharge per tube.

We also offer tyre fitting should you require a new tyre to be fitted. If done at the same time as replacing the tube there is no extra charge, otherwise it is £10 per wheel.

 

Wheel Truing / Spoke Replacement - £15 per wheel or £25 a pair

Should your wheel be out of shape we will true it both laterally and radially, check & adjust individual spoke tension and also check the wheel is correctly dished.

Should spokes need replacing these are charged at just £1 each. We carry most sizes, colours and types of spoke in stock.

 

Wheel Building - £25 for a single wheel or £45 a pair.

We can build or rebuild your wheels from scratch and by hand using the best professional equipment. Your wheels will be laced, tensioned and trued both laterally and radially. The wheel will be checked for correct dishing and then spokes are checked individually and also in sections to ensure the highest quality of wheel build.

 

Disc Brake Bleeding / Setup - £20 for a single brake or £30 a pair.

Includes diagnosis, bleeding, new fluid and set-up for a pair of hydraulic disc or rim brakes. Existing pads will be de-contaminated or replaced as required. We carry specialist bleed kits for every manufacturers hydraulic brake systems so we are happy to service any hydraulic brake.

 

Powder Coating (Including Full Service / Build) - £125

We offer a bike painting service for just £125 which includes a complete strip down of your existing bike, a powder coat finish applied to frame and forks (once the frame has been blasted to remove the old paint), followed by the bike being rebuilt and fully serviced as per the above full service package.

Price includes a single colour application in either gloss or matt finish. Call for further details.

 

Other Repairs - no minimum charge for drop ins - £20 for call outs

We are happy to carry out many small jobs from fitting new pedals to sorting creaks and groans that your bike is making. Our minimum charge is £20 if we travel to you. If you drop the bike into us there is no minimum charge.
